When a client contacts us, we have a discussion over the
phone or emails to identify what the client needs are. If a client is happy with the information received through our discussion over the phone or email, we arrange a convenient time to visit the venue/premises the cleaning is needed. A visit is essential so we can advise, identify what exactly needs to be done, number of cupboards in kitchen, appliances, number of wardrobes, bedrooms, floors, type of flooring, number of cleaners needed for the job and then we provide the right quote. We do not provide quote over the phone or by email without viewing the premises the quote is required.
